When am I charged?
Your card is authorized at checkout and charged only if the provider approves. If the provider does not approve treatment, the authorization is released and you are not charged. Your bank controls how quickly the hold disappears.
What plans are there?
One plan: $89 every 8 weeks, which is $44.50 per 4 weeks, billed every 8 weeks, plus applicable tax. Your first order is $109: the plan price plus a one-time $20 provider review fee for a new treatment. After that it renews at $89 every 8 weeks until you cancel, with no review fee on renewals. Each renewal needs the provider’s approval. Check-ins at the start, week 4 and week 8 are part of the routine.
What does the 8-week plan mean?
One supply every 8 weeks, billed every 8 weeks, with natural check-ins at the start, week 4 and week 8. Eight weeks is a rhythm, not a promise that anything will change by a date. The quantity dispensed for each formula is set by the prescribing provider and the pharmacy.
What is the provider review fee?
A one-time $20 fee for the licensed provider’s review of a new treatment. It is charged once, on your first order, and never on renewals. If the provider does not approve treatment, the authorization is released and you are not charged.
What is the refund policy?
Product refunds are available only for a documented intolerance or side effect, or for use as directed shown by time-stamped photos at start, week 4 and week 8.
Where do you ship, and how?
We ship to all US states except Alaska, Mississippi and New Jersey. Shipping options: USPS standard (included), UPS 2-day ($10 extra) or overnight ($35 extra). Shipping details.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel future renewals before your next renewal date. The online controls and cancellation cut-off are being finalized with the platform and will be shown at checkout.
