The detail

What happens at each step.

1 · A few questions

Two short questions about what you would like to treat. No account, no email. Your answers stay in your browser tab.

2 · Your plan and price

You see the formulas a provider may consider and the full price: $44.50/mo, billed $89 every 2 months. Cancel anytime. Skip or delay refills. The amount due today, including the one-time $20 review fee per new treatment, is shown at checkout.

3 · Checkout

Your card is authorized at checkout and charged only if the provider approves. If the provider does not approve treatment, the authorization is released and you are not charged. Your bank controls how quickly the hold disappears.

4 · Medical intake and photos

Your health history, medicines, allergies, pregnancy status where relevant, and a few clear photos.

5 · Provider review

Board-certified dermatologist reviews. A licensed provider in our network reads your medical intake and photos, may ask follow-up questions, and decides whether a prescription is appropriate. If they prescribe, the formula, strength and directions are theirs. Approval is not guaranteed. Reviewing providers: Quick Western Medical, and Knox Beasley, MD.

6 · If approved: charged, prepared, shipped

A licensed pharmacy prepares your formula and ships it in standard pharmacy packaging. We ship to all US states except Alaska, Mississippi and New Jersey. Shipping options: USPS standard (included), UPS 2-day ($10 extra) or overnight ($35 extra).

7 · Check-ins at start, week 4 and week 8

Take a time-stamped photo at each check-in. They help your provider, and they are part of the refund policy.
